The Haryana Common Service Center (CSC) is committed to respecting the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe that your copyrighted work has been infringed upon on our platform, we encourage you to follow the process outlined below to submit a valid DMCA notice:

1. Identification of the copyrighted work:
Clearly identify the copyrighted work that you believe has been infringed. Please provide sufficient information to locate the material on the Haryana CSC platform, such as URLs or other relevant details.

2. Contact information:
Include your full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address. We need this information to communicate with you regarding your DMCA notice.

3. Statement of infringement:
Provide a statement indicating that you have a good faith belief that the use of the copyrighted material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.

4. Statement of authorization:
Include a statement that the information provided in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

5. Signature:
Sign the notice electronically or physically.

6. Submission of DMCA notice:
Submit your DMCA notice to the following designated agent for Haryana CSC:

Please note that any misrepresentation of material or information in your DMCA notice may result in legal consequences.

Counter-Notification Process:
If you believe that your content has been wrongly removed or disabled as a result of a DMCA notice, you have the option to file a counter-notification. The counter-notification should contain the following information:

Identification of the specific material that has been removed or disabled.
A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled due to mistake or misidentification.
Your full name, address, telephone number, and email address.
A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate court for your location.
A statement that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notice or an agent of such person.
Please submit your counter-notification to the designated agent mentioned above.

Please note that the Haryana CSC may provide copies of the DMCA notice or counter-notification to the parties involved in the dispute or make them available to the public.

The Haryana CSC respects intellectual property rights and takes copyright infringement seriously. We will promptly review and take appropriate action upon receipt of valid DMCA notices and counter-notifications.
